Welcome to the Production Request page!

It is our goal to meet every request that gets submitted on time, or earlier.

Below is a list of requests you can make with timelines associated for each request. All projects are important, but these timelines help teams prioritize projects based on deadlines and urgency. Please take a look and plan accordingly for your requests. We will always do our best to complete them in a timely manner for you!

TIMELINES

Large Event > 500 attendanceMinimum 2 week, preferred 3 weeks of notice
Medium Event >250 attendanceMinimum 1 week, preferred 2 weeks of notice
Small Event <150 attendance: Minimum 1 week
For those planning an event that requires the production team, submit and event request.
For support  gear issues specifically related to the Production Department (Televisions, Projectors, Audio Consoles, Microphones, etc). Please submit a tech support ticket below.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I submit a request?
To submit a production request, please use the buttons above and the instructions to submit all pertinent details to the correct channel for support.
What types of projects can I request?
You can request a variety of requests for event production support, general issues with production related equipment and also a network issue report to our vendor AOK Networking.
How far in advance should I submit my request?
Large Event > 500 attendance: Minimum 2 week, preferred 3 weeks of notice
Medium Event >250 attendance: Minimum 1 week, preferred 2 weeks of notice
Small Event <150 attendance: Minimum 1 week
How will I know the status of my request?
Once your request is submitted, our team will review your request. If there are any follow-up questions, our team will respond within 3 business days. If there are no questions, we will begin working on the request.

You will also receive updates as your project progresses and be notified once it is completed. If you have any questions during the process, feel free to contact our team at tech@crosslifechurch.com.
I forgot something in my request. What do I do now?
Please reach out to us at tech@crosslifechurch.com and place your Subject Line as the title of your event/project. Then please let us know what else needs to be included in your request.
