Student Ministry

Leading Gen Z to love, know, trust, and follow Jesus is not easy, but is worth every second invested! The student intern track is an energetic environment designed to help you grow in relationships and lead by serving others. We encourage and equip student interns to work hard, play hard, and live life with students!

Worship Ministry

Through the CrossLife Church Worship Internship, you will learn what it means to truly lead God’s people in Biblical Worship.  You will learn how to illuminate a stage, fill a room with sound, lead volunteers, focus a congregation’s attention toward Christ, dwell richly on His Word, and articulate transitions from the platform.

Pastoral Ministry

The pastoral internship track aims to equip people who want to go into full-time pastoral ministry.  In this track you will get a front-row seat to see what leading a church is all about. You will develop your pastoral leadership through experiences in teaching, preaching, leading, and shepherding. An ideal candidate will be in the process of earning a theological degree.

Children’s Ministry

Develop your God-given gift of ministering to children through hands-on experiences — teaching in large-group and small-group settings, discipling kids from preschool through upper-elementary, and planning outreach events like Vacation Bible School, Family Gatherings, Kids Camp, etc.  In addition, learn to lead a volunteer team as you help plan training and fellowship events for the Children’s Ministry team. Most importantly, deepen your faith in God as you stretch yourself in service and rely on Him to work mightily through you and to guide you to the next steps in your faith journey.

Marketing/Communications Ministry

CrossLife is offering a unique marketing internship opportunity for individuals passionate about utilizing their skills to promote our message of faith, hope, and community. As a marketing intern, you'll have the chance to work closely with our ministry leaders to develop and implement innovative strategies to reach and engage with our congregation and the wider community. From crafting compelling social media content to coordinating promotional events and campaigns, you'll play a vital role in spreading the word about our church's mission and values. This internship provides hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and event management within a supportive and collaborative environment. Join us in making a difference as you gain practical skills, deepen your faith, and contribute to the growth and outreach efforts of our church family.
