Welcome to the Communications Request page! The Communications Team here at CrossLife Church manages creating all visual content, as well as all of the website, email, and promotional efforts of the church.
It is our goal to meet every request that gets submitted on time, or earlier.
Below is a list of requests you can make with timelines associated for each request. All projects are important, but these timelines help teams prioritize projects based on deadlines and urgency. Please take a look and plan accordingly for your requests. We will always do our best to complete them in a timely manner for you!

Creative Requests
Need something created to help visually communicate your message? Here's the place! Use this request if you need graphic design or print services of any kind. This can be new graphic design projects (digital or printed), updates to existing graphics, ordering of print materials, and graphic design approvals.

How do I submit a request?
To submit a creative request, please fill out the Creative Request Form above. Be sure to include all necessary details, such as the type of project, deadline, and any specific ideas or materials you have. This helps us better understand your needs and ensures timely delivery.
What types of projects can I request?
You can request a variety of creative projects, including but not limited to graphics for social media, slides for in-service, event posters, promotional materials, printed products, and more. If you have a unique project in mind that isn't listed, feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
How far in advance should I submit my request?
We recommend submitting your creative request at least 4 weeks in advance of your desired completion date. This allows our team ample time to plan, create, and revise the project as needed. For larger projects, such as event promotions or video production, we suggest submitting your request 8-10 weeks in advance.
What information should I include in my request?
Please provide as much detail as possible in your request. Essential information includes the project type, target audience, purpose, desired style, specific text or images to be included, and any deadlines. The more information you provide, the better we can meet your expectations and deliver a high-quality product.
How will I know the status of my request?
Once your request is submitted, our team will review your request. If there are any follow-up questions, our team will respond within 3 business days. If there are no questions, we will begin working on the request.

Will the requests for my event designs automatically be promoted?
No, submitting a request for event designs does not automatically mean your event will be promoted. Our Communications Team focuses on producing the requested materials, such as graphics, posters, and other assets requested. The team will review your request and coordinate promotion on the proper channels when applicable to the overall communications strategy.
