Separation and divorce are devastating and even the strongest individuals find themselves unprepared to cope. This group offers a series of programs designed to address areas most impacted by ending a marriage relationship—physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Registration is required before attending this 13-week session.

GriefShare

You don’t have to walk alone through a journey of grief due to the death of a loved one. In GriefShare you will receive emotional support, learn the process of grief and understand the stages of loss. Additional special sessions offered include Loss of a Spouse and Surviving the Holidays. Pre-registration is not required.

Are you wondering how you will survive the weeks surrounding the holidays, knowing everything has changed? GriefShare Surviving the Holidays is especially for those who are grieving a loved one’s death. A group of warm, caring people who understand what you are going through will help you learn how to cope with your emotions, what to do about traditions andhow to survive social events. You aren’t alone—there is help and hope as you navigate the Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons.

This book and companion workbook offers hope and healing to men and women who have been traumatized by sexual abuse.
