Sermon Series: The Unfolding Descent
Jesus taught us to pray, “Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.”
In Acts 1–3, we begin to see that prayer come to life. The Holy Spirit descends, the Church is born, and ordinary people become living expressions of God’s Kingdom in the world.
The early Church lived fully present on earth while being shaped by the reality of heaven. Through the power of the Spirit, they began living today in light of what Jesus promised is still to come.
The Unfolding Descent explores what happens when heaven meets earth—when the Spirit of God fills His people and His Kingdom begins to unfold through their lives.
